Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped. Kindly contact us through email on email@example.com, or call us on +91-9971263065 with your Order ID, and the refunds would be made to your original mode of payment within 2 working days.
- Once the orders have been shipped, No cancellation is allowed.
- 100% Refund would be given through Original Mode of payment if the item has not been shipped within 2 working days.
- Once the item has been shipped, No refund would be issued.
Loss of Parcel
- All of our parcels are dispatched through DTDC courier service, or Registered Indian Speed post, and have valid tracking details. Incase, the parcel is lost in transit, we will issue you a 100% refund, or send a new item as replacement, after investigating with the courier company.
- If the Courier company website says “Delivered”, we are not liable for any losses, and any delivery issue should be taken up with the courier company. However, we will do our best to assist you and co-ordinate with the courier company.
- Incase the parcel gets damaged during transit, do not accept the parcel.
- Even if you accept the parcel, please make a video of unpacking the item, and send to us. Incase there is any damage, you can send the item back to us on our address, and we will send you the replacement free of charge, however, the return courier fee is to be borne by the customer. No refunds are made.
